A Winter Update for the Museum

Unfortunately, the winter events planned to the museum will be canceled for 2025 due to ongoing maintenance projects and staff availability. However, the museum will still be open regular hours, 1:00pm to 4:00pm Thursday through Sunday, until the museum closure. The museum will be closed for the winter season from Monday, December 15, 2025 through Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Our final day of operation for the season will be Sunday, December 14, 2025, and we will officially reopen on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

Until this closure, the museum is lightly decorated in a style according to 19th century customs, and looks quite festive! Come by and see for yourself during our regular hours, or use our website contact page to inquire about tour times outside of our regular hours.

The museum is heated, so it will be plenty warm!
